To develop students’ knowledge and understanding of the basic psychological concepts underpinningleadership behaviour;

Todevelopanunderstandingof theirownleadership abilitiesandlinkit withtheirpreviousworkexperiences;
To provide students with the opportunity to develop consultancy skills through application of leadership theory in organizations.
