It helps students understand human resource management systems at various levels, both in general and within specific industries or organisations. As effective workforce planning and staff management are central to patient safety and service quality, this course is essential to the programme.
The aim of this course is to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to effectively manage human resources within healthcare settings.
