Course Description:

To develop students’ understanding and knowledge of the Psychology of Interpersonal Communication within the workplace.
To developstudents’ understandingandknowledgeof thecognitiveimpact of communicationprocessesand modes for individuals and groups of employees.
To encourage students to critically analyze seminal and contemporary researchinthe Psychology of Interpersonal Communication and the psychology of Decision-making in working environments.
To provide students with the opportunity to experience practical application of key psychological concepts, theories and models of communication, communication audits and decision-making.
