Rationale
The critical thinking and decision-making abilities required for success in the business sector are developed in the Strategy and Business Policy course. Students gain the ability to evaluate difficult situations, come up with successful strategies, and adjust to the changing market conditions by studying strategic management concepts. The course also develops their leadership and problem-solving skills, which are critical for the success of organisations.
The aim of the course is to enhance students' comprehension on the principles of strategic management in a variety of business domains and expand on their basic business knowledge by analysing complex business environments and developing strategic initiatives.
