Rationale 


This course aims to introduce to students the main features of the administrative powers and familiarize them with the principles of administrative Law. Emphasis will be placed on acquainting students with various forms and functions of public law in a changing society and provide them with the essence of the executive power and the decision-making process.

Learning Outcomes


At the end of the course students will be expected to:

(i)    Describe the administrative procedures and their philosophy.
(ii)   Describe the functions of the administrative bodies.
(iii)  Explain administrative principles and rules of natural justice.
