Examine the theoretical aspects of the most important project management’s knowledge concepts
Understand the significance of Project Life Cycles
Analyze the significance of teamwork and the part of each member when conducting a project
Explore the importance of appropriate project management and administration, as well as the vitality of documentation

Create extensive project plans and schedules.
Be able to administer project resources.
Develop allocation/coordination resources, and interface with management.
Develop tools and techniques of project management software.
