The module will help them acquire knowledge in vital concepts of electronic governance and new methods and practices introduced with the technological applications in public administration, as well as examine the various types and models of electronic governance services. They then will be able to understand the legal framework in which electronic governance functions in and these will render them able of examining basic principles and applications related to data collection and analysis with the use of statistical techniques, which are dominating the public sector.
